Schuler Shook announces the launch of their new website, found at www.schulershook.com. The new site addresses both the architectural lighting design and theatre planning work of the company, which can be accessed directly at www.schulershook.com/lightingdesigners.html and www.schulershook.com/theatre planners.html respectively.
With a focus on up-to-date project profiles and the latest company and staff news, as well as links to other industry websites, the new Schuler Shook site is intended as a resource to all involved in architectural lighting design and performance facility planning. Partner Robert Shook comments, "Schuler Shook is very much one company, but we have developed two websites highlighting our service offerings to represent the different but complementary skill sets of architectural lighting design and theatre planning." In a related move, the company has changed its name from Schuler & Shook, Inc. to Schuler Shook. Schuler Shook has grown substantially since Partners Duane Schuler and Robert Shook began the company in 1986. With industry veterans such as Michael DiBlasi, Todd Hensley, William Connor, Jim Baney, Jack Hagler, Michael Burgoyne, and Michael Cohen on board, plus dozens of other theatre consultants and lighting designers, the new branding represents the substantial depth of talent in the company today. Schuler Shook has offices in Chicago, Minneapolis, and Dallas-Fort Worth. Recently completed theatre projects include the renovations of the Pantages Theatre in Minneapolis, and Marion Oliver McCaw Hall - home of the Seattle Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet - as well as the new Max M. Fisher Music Center for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and the Harris Theater for Music and Dance in Chicago. Recently completed lighting design projects include the Marshall Field's State Street Store, the Shedd Aquarium "Wild Reef" exhibit, both in Chicago, the Landmark Plaza in St. Paul, as well as the Herman Miller C1 office building in Zeeland, Michigan and a host of retail and restaurant venues nationwide. |
